Translation in a Eukaryotic Cell: From Mature mRNA to Polypeptide

Translation in a Eukaryotic Cell: From Mature mRNA to Polypeptide

Experiment description

In this experiment, translation is demonstrated from the point where mature mRNA enters the cytoplasm. The ribosome reads mRNA codons, tRNAs bring the corresponding amino acids, peptide bonds form a growing polypeptide, and translation ends when a stop codon is reached.
